Possible upgrades
Consider a deresonated centre section, or a less restricted system depending on noise level. If you know your mot tester 😜you could decat the downpipe and uppipe to allow free exhaust flow. Look into a panel filter to help pre turbo breathing. And a fuel pump 😆😆😆 If you're on a td04 turbo that's pretty much all you need to reach the maximum safe limit of the turbo. Next would be bigger turbo and possibly injectors. Once all that's done, then remap 😈 Hope this helps

Ebc front discs
Nice and tidy. Stick a price up to help with the sale? 😊

Engine management light flash
Best bet would be have the code read to see what popped up.

Mine peaks at 1.5bar. All depends on general health of the car. Lots of factors will need to be considered to answer "how much boost"

Looking for haynes workshop manual
I'm sure@kayzarh has a good collection of manuals.

In your other topic you say you have 13-15 psi. 13psi is roughly 0.9bar and that's standard boost pressure. If mapped they're usually mapped to 1.3bar(18-19psi)

London to Brighton run
I've only just caught wind of this and don't have many details. There is the annual run to Brighton happening on 25th June 2016. I hear they're leaving from bluewater shopping centre at 7am. Unfortunately that's all the information I have. I went last year and there were 120+ Subaru attending. It was a good day out. One of my pictures from last year showing the car park full of scoobies.

Judder / Vibration
Sounds like a clutch related issue. Possibly the release bearing is worn, spigot bearing, or even the clutch plate and pressure plate themselves. As for the idle knocking check the fmic pipework for any interference. I fitted a top strut brace and noticed my tmic knocks against it sometimes.

boosting problem [sort of]
True that, mines does the same in higher gears.

If your car has already been mapped you may already have an ecutek licence.

boosting problem [sort of]
Any ecu codes popping up? Could be an air leak or a dirty boost solenoid.

Pretty much anywhere it fits. The crank and Cam breather systems run at different pressures. May need two cans to avoid forcing pressure back up one system. The crank systems also uses a pcv which can be bypassed. All gets a bit technical and confusing from there for me.@stants recently did a set up on the crank system.- Hi I'm new
Welcome to the club. Great car to have at 16 🤗👍- is this a facelift
The white one has a splitter on. I think the blue one too but not too sure on pre facelift bumpers.- what model has vf23/28 turbo
Downpipe will still fit.- Engine internals
Rough cost for a 6 speed set up is 1500 if you do the work yourself. With a my99 car you should have a ty754 gearbox which are stronger than the older ty752 boxes anyway.- Exhaust advise
No, I believe the hangers are in the wrong position.- Engine internals
It's not quite a bolt on. You need all the running gear, diffs, shafts and hubs to name a few.- Rear ARB change
It could be a good idea. Whiteline are notorious for thin paint. - where does oil catch tank go uk 2000
