  1. If it's a trader and no warranty you can still claim under sales of goods and services act providing it wasn't sold as spares/repairs. Shouldn't need to throw that about unless it gets messy.
  2. I'd be a bit concerned if they're suggesting it doesn't need a map for a bigger turbo. With a turbo and intercooler swap it will have to be mapped. Also with the engine swap are you fitting the same injectors?
  3. Leave it at the stand. I dumped loads of gear out at Santa pod. Does sound a bit of effort after enjoying a night having to beat the queue to the track. Also means more traffic for those that didn't camp heading up Sunday morning.
  4. Nope, I've done that too. Even tuned it to the same power/torque as well. [emoji5]
  5. I did hear about horror stories with people finding some kind of sediment from supermarket fuels. May be an additive. Never had issues with running on momentum but know where you're coming from.
  6. What makes you avoid Tesco fuel? I always use their momentum. It's my closest petrol garage that supplies 99Ron fuel.
  7. I'm going to be leaving Greenhithe at 5:45am and head up to roadchef Northampton, hoping to arrive there for 7:30am. Wasn't as much interest for a convoy as I thought there would be. Geoff, we will still be passing toddington services at roughly 7am so could still meet there. I'm meeting Stants at roadchef.
  8. No. It hasn't came on for a while but it was more prone to come on at cold start through the winter. It came on roughly 4 times over winter months. Stays on for 2-3 seconds then goes off. Don't risk it, the biscuits are usually quite stale anyway 😖😏
  9. 99ron would be better but any super unleaded will do.
  10. You should do. Mines been randomly throwing up that code for over a year. Shhh don't tell anyone 😋
  11. These shape. There are many variations so some do look slightly different. Any impreza pre 2000 is a classic.
  12. It was a bit disappointing at brands hatch.
  13. I'm not so sure on the diesel but petrol is a must have for turbo engines. The higher octane makes the fuel more stable under high compression and higher levels of heat. If you use a lower octane fuel you may find the engine gets detonation in the chambers and the ecu will !Removed! the timing at the expense of a little power. We can't even use RE-tard without being censored 😖 not cool.
  14. Have you had the balancing checked? It's usually a high speed vibration issue but because it comes in at a certain speed and ends consistently it usually means one or both wheels has lost some balance weights.
  15. I'll be watching it, on TV though 😖😊
  16. Replaced the top rad hose as it had split inside and developed a pinhole leak.
  17. Pick up some polybushes and ally drop links to gain the full benefit of the bar. Even better if you can get new rarb mounts.
  18. Rear bar is definitely worth doing. Keeps the back end a lot flatter. Stops the outside rear dropping so much and prevents the front opposite lift up.
  19. I'm sure someone will run taxi for you gambit.
  20. Steam have it on sale over the past couple of days. I think it was £23ish
