Subaru Impreza diesel what smoke

Hi - not sure how injectors could generate white smoke as there sole purpose is to put diesel into your air flow. White smoke for me means coolant is being burnt at the same time as your fuel / air mixture. Keep an eye on your coolant. You will get white smoke out of your pipes until warm with most vehicles, more visible when its colder outside, is it possible you just hadn't noticed that before? -

It does seem like the Subaru dealer has some room for improvement in the customer service department - not great at all. It does sound like you will be happier with your new motor, which is what it is all about π

Wotcha and welcome. I would say it depends on your budget as there are options for WRX, WRX STI and WRX STI 'Widetrack' models from 2005. There are some other editions which are more subtle with leather interior you could consider. I would suggest take your time and research what model you would like whilst also getting an idea of current prices. Also be prepared to travel for the right motor

Try metric fine m16 x 1.5, I had to get some - did the same thing as you but it was a different model car so cannot guarantee In stainless steel they were Β£2.00 per nut
