  1. A few floating about from breakers currently. As above, what caused the failure?
  2. A vf48 will get you 330 - Its standard on the STi and I have got one running at 350 with minor changes: Cosworth Panel filter HKS Up pipe Cobra decat & full exhaust system. Standard STI intercooler and standard injector size (550) Feedback from TDR Warwick when they did the tune was there is more to come as breathing very well but the internals are standard so did not want to take it past 350 before forged pistons etc
  3. Small addition to rear subframe - Been reading a lot about the flex possible at higher loads so given everything else has been stiffened and upgraded I thought I would add some additional bracing, simple bolt on mod from Whiteline. The part number simple design - should work no issues Powder coated to match ARB and I had read some reports of whiteline stuff rusting quite quickly Installed
  4. Looks clean - good luck with the sale
  5. used to use this technique for bearings and gauge internals on board, one of the first things I was shown 👍
  6. Snow foam Sunday 👍😁

I would suggest getting some molyslip - high temp grease. This is the stuff I use to lube the same type of valve on my motor bike

Hi - looks like some form of power valve controller that changes the profile of the exhaust which removes flat spots inherent in NA engines?
  9. nightmare - can you get something in just to pry it out and stop the rubbing until a repair can be made?
  10. Great - keep us posted
  11. I am a big subaru brand supporter, the AWD system and flat four / six configuration is great in petrol guise. I would suggest you do some more research on subaru diesel engine / gearbox failures - Unfortunately there is a lot to read
  12. Steer clear of diesel subarus
  13. There is a difference between the WRX STI and the WRX S / WRX / RX models (wide body vs narrow body). The model variant selected is WRX S which I understood you were looking at, not the STI
  14. This is correct - check this site to see all subaru PCD info plus very useful for wheel offset detail https://www.wheel-size.com/size/subaru/
  15. here you go check out autodoc https://www.autodoc.co.uk/westfalia/1369651
  16. Hi - pretty sure you can, looked into it for my NA, single exhaust outlet but still a large silencer behind the bumper - Think I have a link somewhere....
  17. Wotcha and welcome - From what I remember when looking at a blob / hawk sti there were quite a few differences, particularly in the chassis area. I stand to be corrected but here goes: Turbo - bigger on the sti Intercooler ARB's are thicker Bearings are larger - as such pcd is different Some chassis parts are alloy - lower wishbones? possibly different brake calipers - not sure on that one Probably a few more things - possibly struts and springs
  18. I do like the the midnight purple GTR's so why not go for it 😁
  19. Wotcha and welcome - Can you check for any engine codes? It sounds like its running really rich, I would check the MAF sensor
  20. It does look a quality job and as back to metal before repaint it should not come back now 👍
  21. A couple of hatches being broken on FB at the moment but also try Pole Position in Wolverhampton they may have one
  22. Just watched a vid on this tool - safe to say I will be investing, looks a lot better than the previous approach I was using of SDS hammer drills, lump hammer & bolster 👍
  23. Try making your images slightly smaller - I had this error last week when I tried uploading, that fixed it for me

Hmmm think that clashes with a holiday we have booked - will have to check 🤔
