  1. I wish - and not for the trafford park location ;)
  2. wow that is not very confidence inspiring
  3. we have Adrian flux who give a forum member discount why not contact them for a comparison quote?
  4. Wotcha and welcome - sounds like a project well under way keep us posted and feel free to create your own project thread - try aiming for the next highland run, give yourself a target and the opportunity for a great drive out when you get it sorted
  5. Wotcha and welcome - sounds like an awesome motor so get your camera out and share some shots ;)
  6. Wotcha and welcome here is an independant review - not sure I am convinced by the reliability score but hey ho - ensure you have a car with a good service history and you should be fine - as it is the WRX with a nice trim but subtle styling it should lower the appeal for someone who would have been inclined to own and abuse the car http://www.autotrader.co.uk/articles/2007/09/cars/subaru/impreza/subaru-impreza-wrx-4-dr-sl-saloon-car-review
  7. What you could do - does require a bit of work though - is fit a brake lock lever - this puts pressure to the rear brakes via the hydraulic lines, they are smaller than the handbrake lever and could be mounted in a place more suitable http://www.mico.com/products/brake-actuation/brake-locks PS. link is to show examples - I know you can get them in the UK
  8. Used them for my reversing lights - they are a great replacement
  9. There is a thread where one of the members described issues with his satnav - turned out the disc used was a pirate and caused problems - unfortunately you may have to buy the genuine article
  10. I had same issue with the two professional clifford installs I have had, very good marketing, not as great a product - in the end I was recommended a different fitter who turned out used Sigmas, this was pre subaru ownership so was quite pleased to find they came with factory fit Sigmas as I had several trouble free years
  11. Wahey!! lets see it then :D
  12. Wotcha and welcome - keep us posted of any progress ;)
  13. Wotcha and welcome Alan - feel free to get stuck in and also if you plan to make any changes why not start a thread of your own so we can see the progress - keeping a camera handy of course :)
  14. congratulations - you are buying an ideal family runaround ;) sounds like you have it all sorted - know what you mean with the spoiler - Ben is a member on here and does a tasty alternative http://www.carbenfibrecreations.co.uk/store/index.php?id_product=660&controller=product&id_lang=1
  15. great to hear, are you looking at any on pistonheads etc? - try to buy with your head not your heart - take someone to view who does not want the car that way you will stand less chance of buying something you may not be happy with... easier said than done though eh??? :D
  16. I think it improves the look from the original - looks like a frown now for when you are sat behind a middle lane dawdler :D
  17. Wotcha and welcome Barry - feel free to get involved and also share some pics of your motor ;)
  18. Wotcha and welcome - a fine choice if I may say so - keep us posted and share some pics when you take possession - an early tip, set sport for better mpg over the default I mode
  19. great to have you back buddy - some of the recent feedback on the Walbros is not so good - it would seem people are getting RCM's and another brand I cant remember at this point instead - so maybe its fate...?
