  3. Hi Nibaru - you wont be castigated - we are not that type of forum but do promote sharing of opinions and discussion. If in the case you mention the person needing the item posts a thread in the wanted section then a sale could be agreed, no post minimum is required then.
  4. it does for increasing performance ;) - there are tumble generator valves on some engines also but I believe they are controlled from the ECU
  5. the valve controller reference is an Idle air control valve, not the intake or exhaust valves, as you correctly say these are activated by the belts http://www.amazon.co.uk/Idle-Air-Control-Valve-22650AA192/dp/B00LN28FWO where as the boost controller controls how much pressure builds up in your intake system http://www.amazon.co.uk/Subaru-Impreza-Manual-Boost-Controller/dp/B001MMY87Q please note these links are for illustration purposes I am not recommending them or the source
  6. vast improvement, they look great
  7. sorry buddy cant help you with that one
  8. Bud with wrapping the choice is yours and everyone has a different opinion - I prefer darker hues in those colours so purple or blue for me it would be dark

Yup I like that Nissan as well these guys do something a little more wallet friendly and had a nice build of a 72 Hakosuka GT-X in the July issue of Jap Performance mag, http://www.thegtrshop.com/hakotora-builds/4584857331
  10. Wotcha and welcome - I did the research with just those parameters / requirements - the MPS was initially the first choice as we were driving a Mazda 3 series sport at the time but it comes out shocking from a driving perspective - you will be fighting it up the road. The Focus is a better choice over the mazda but take an STi for a test drive back to back against a Focus - ensure you are in S# mode, sells itself let us know how you get on - and the smile, it gets sort of permanent ;)
  11. He does do discount for increased numbers so the more booked in the lower the price will be
  12. awww getting excited now - get your video camera out lets hear that burble :)
  13. a good price - a photo or two may help with the sale
  14. Wotcha and welcome - as above - keep us posted
  15. put the cone filter back on and see if it runs like previously - did it have a maf with the cone filter, is it running a standard map?
  16. Jay762 replied to mfnick's topic in Subaru Car Care

  17. Wotcha and welcome - yup throw that one over to Dog
  18. as said before its your car so if you want go for it - Im more for the minimal look - the pipes under the rear bumper speak volumes ;)
  19. a real demonstration of handling capability as well that red spec C pulled up in real short order with the blue being allowed to steer into its path and avoid the rat
  20. very lucky, 5th gear rerun on DMAX 19:30 tonight with chappy going around the ring in a hatch
  21. Yup more fun if he remains anonymous - but I reckon he doesn't travel and they get a local driver to do the abroad shoots
