  1. Similar to yours chap. Gt2871r billet. Not sure what boost it is. Boost/afraid graph wasn't in the car so I'll ask for a print out. Fooking goes well I tell thee haha.
  2. You will get various opinions on who ever you ask about. Problem is with dynamite he doesn't dare post on several sites such as 22b, shown to be lacking in technical knowledge by several of the most well respected tuners/mappers in the country. He is known to rush maps, claims to be able to map round faults (that most major mappers will terminate the mapping session if found and not fixable there and then) and doesn't road test post map. I'd be interested to know what engine builders use him?
  3. which motor?
  4. For once i don't think it is that. He's got a very bad rep on SN, 22b etc etc
  5. crikey, didn't realise it had gone that far. What are RCM thinking even contemplating using him. I bet they charge a premium as well
  6. as jay says he just uses their dyno. But im amazed they will even let him do that tbh for the same reason. association can be bad as well as good
  7. Dung khan? aka dynamite? Stay well clear, he doesn't even road test after mapping.
  8. £550+ vat iirc, includes the license fee as well.
  9. As above, sounds very dodgy. Just google, its flash mapping. Stay well clear and find a new mechanic who knows what they are doing with scoobs if he's advising that. Pet Herborn is based up at scoobyclinic at chesterfield. Mapped my car loads of times of the years for different mods, struggle to find a better mapper.
  10. Welcome, looks tidy
  11. holy sheet :o
  12. One incident doesn't represent a company. if that was the case i think every one would be out of business. 20+ years experience in everything from road to rally, track to gymkhana, still trading under the original name. very very few companies can say that ;) Pay a visit and choose for yourself :)
  13. hope before its too late
  14. take it back to the dealer for checking. being new could be a loose bolt somewhere.
  15. if you want more power it does :D trust me, its never enough hahaha
  16. So issue was found, problem with mismatching ratios front to back, so diff swapped out and car ready to collect now its been mapped. Not managed to go pick it up yet but did get sent this :D damit, missed 400 by 1.8bhp but feck me, 460ftlb hahaha
  17. Pretty amazing to see what gets sucked in, imagine what would have happened if you didnt have a filter at all :o
  18. Good write up. Wrong gear is the bain of a turbo car. And get the dealer to sort the rattle.
  19. O dear, poor scooby :( will blow up before long if he treats it like that, then i bet he will blame the car
  20. rebuild time then :D
  21. Ah k, tbh for the weight saving you'd be better off adding power, unless your gonna start to really strip it down .
  22. Why do you want to remove it? gonna be sweating your balls off in summer haha
  23. welcome, hahaha love it. yeah fozy sti's are pretty cool
  24. Take the oil out of a car after 5k and see what it looks like and you'll understand why it needs changing more often that manufacturers claim. Even the oil producers will admit it needs changign more often that mans recomend
