Brakes on my99 wagon turbo are......crap.
Compared to more modern cars the brakes are pretty poor. decent, disk pads and lines will help. i ended up going 6 pot setup

Oil change time
Just run one with a thermostatic control and wont get low oil temp issues.

What are peoples opinions on this?
I know someone who bought one with a blown engine, they were going to get it rebuilt, untill the price of the headgasket kit came in over £1000 :o Needless to say its still sat there gathering dust

Has any one used TDR in Warwickshire for a remap?
Rep seems ok, not very impressed with their dyno setup though. They force air through the top mount rather than flow from the front end. It wont see that much airflow in the real world so not ideal. Make sure they road finish it.

last one that came up in the auctions in japan went for over £70k and it was a total dog. One for sale in hong kong for $110K. by the time you pay tax and import costs etc your not gonna be far off 100K landed price 22b's are worth some serious serious money now

yep as suspected there is a whole lot more to it than is being said. Usual 'expert' crew of houghy and hammond stirring the pot with half stories and picking a choosing what info to bother to read or understand. leave em to it.
