If they have tilted the box to remove it it could have just leaked out where the propshaft goes into it, or the seal has gone, (mine did the same after new clutch) A new seal is only 8 quid and a 20 min job, I'd wipe the oil off the exhaust and see of it comes back, Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Depends classics tend to accept decats without maps better than new age, but it's not really recommended as you may see boost spikes & over boost situations which aren't ideal to say the least.
