getting ready for new brakes to arrive! beings the rear siezed on the a1 sat morning

Ouch! Sorry to hear about that brog :(. My mirror is okay thankfully, looked back at the footage and it didn't smash his... damn!

Got my new toyo proxies fitted and what a difference

I love my car...my bank account does not

Scoob failed the MOT last Friday on wanky anti drop slackness. My CDF Racing rear drop links arrived today. Fitted on Thursday & re-tested on Friday. Ordered an OMP suede 350mm flat steering wheeel from the bay...Another day of of Impreza ownership in the bag.

Passed with no problems

Rub it in all you like dude..I would. I was actually surprised & pleased about my lil fail for several reasons: 1) It meant my 4 point Takata set up was kosher with the Bride buckets. 2) And Mr. MOT found the annoying knock I'd heard for ages but had'nt been able to trace-you gotta love a garage with a pit!!.

Nothing for a while now as spent the scooby fund on an Xbox one whoops

MOT time... passed with flying colours

mileage 199971 and guess what the prick of a MOT tester started to use the brake ramp so i jumped up and stopped him doing that   he told oh you CAN do this and my reply was STOP this and call DVLA then he backed off and took his OBD toy and did the road brake test.

Got my car in for a service and to sort a couple of niggles....

One being if you grab the drive shaft you can twist it before it starts to do anything.... bit worrying lol.

Good stuff mate. I've got them bookmarked for when the time comes. I assume they were cheaper than oem stealer prices?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Less than £100 for disks and pads.

Did you get a price from a stealer?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No but i`m sure it would have been extortionate. An hours work to diy.

Gone shopping with the Mrs parked next to a Scooby and spent half an hour chatting. Obviously this went down well with the Mrs not lol. Recommend him to the club really nice guy should be joining later :)
