  1. Yeah I was reading you have to take the door to bit's to undo the mirror from it and then strip it all down and take the mirror off I'm sure thats the bit I would end up breaking it :( But if you do mate be great if you do a photo guide for it. :)
  2. From what I have read it's a nightmare needing to take it all apart including removing the glass :( Lot's of people have said it's not worth changing :(

  5. Liked all the scoobs and the Gtrs. I agree with the above and not a fan of the chav type r. But thats nothing to do with the car just the ever growing x saxo owners that have gone on to buy one. [emoji12] But some nice pics thanks for sharing doesn't look a bad meet up with the variety of cars.
  6. Sounds good to me mate. Shame about the rear arches subarus are well know for that as a problem area though but least you know she's been well looked after :D

  11. Yep same here been there that long paints started to fade. Best one I see was they chucked a load of tarmac in a pot hole with a shovel and used the truck to drive and reverse over it to try flatten it lol.
  12. That reminds me I need to write to my local council to thank them for painting white lines around all the potholes as they no longer damage my car...

  15. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C I love watching ghost rider in the scoob or on the bikrs guys a nutter lol
  16. Didn't even take it out the garage today. Think I see dan drive past though.
  17. Hi John welcome to S.O.C Unfortunately I've not got a built factory satnav so not had any issues and don't see many problems other than when people have tried to update the sat nav with a bootleg copy so I would have thought it will be with the device its self thats the priblem. But might have other members that have had a similar experience.
  18. I would have thought so its a filter so will restrict air out so removing it should make it louder I know you can get other filters for them youtube has video of all 3. And it will work on some sort of spring mechanism to be able to open and close but im not sure how or if it can be set with them ive never owned a hks dump value.
  19. Memo to self don't go drinking with rallyally and get to drunk and try to arm wrestle will result in humiliation [emoji6] I think you would get along with Diz on here she's s bit of an action girl too but with motorbikes. But does have a very nice scooby.
  20. I understand what you are saying and agree with you. But if there saying it's only priced at market value on the contract unfortunately thats there get out of the 10k. But they do have to find one of similar spec as your's for sale to prove thats the worth of the car so if it's that hard to find one they have a lot of work to do :) So might end up just thinking it's cheaper to save manpower and pay out anyway. But as I said before and others they will try and keep trying to pay less now they have their minds set.
  21. Very possible what rallyally has said and is excellent advice. I think it could also be warped brake discs or bearing. If the bearing has gone the wheel once jacked up will wobble or feel loose when you rock the wheel up and down.
  22. Glad to hear it not bad for a girl :D Ducks and runs for cover.....
  23. I think it will look spot on once done does look like the grill on the blobeye :)
  24. :( hmmm not looking great then you had a look at the Cv joints also had the front end jacked up and give the wheels a wobble to check for a busted bearing ?
