  1. No not got any pictures of one yet only just sorted it out. Mufflebox :) no if you want a colour they have on the shop get it from there mate. this is just an alternative way of getting colours or reversed stickers that are not in the shop. And other sizes. But I'm really thinking about getting a sunstrip done I have one on the Bugeye I like them :)
  2. Came today look spot and good quality hard wearing feel to them. So if you haven't ordered your's I get it done I think these will sell pretty quick. :D
  3. Hmmm Not sure your car Stanton paints the best picture for the local meet :D
  4. I'd say pump was working fine otherwise you would get more of a cutting out issue or not starting if thats what you mean :) So might be the sparks or coil packs. I think savage is saying.
  5. I would mate just for peace of mind. I did the same I had it in for about 6 months running 1.3 I've never gone any higher I've now disconnected mine is the HKS digital version but I still have the digital gauge in the car mainly through horror stories I removed it and not knowing really how to use it. Cars been fine though for many years touch wood :D
  6. Cheers I thought thats what they would want. It does make organizing easier I will get a quick sign up sorted see what happens, can't promise anything I will email them find out what costs are tomorrow. Unfortunately I phones decided to not charge and Thursday I have a nice train trip back from Sunderland so I've lost a day of being able to do anything that day :( I'm using the worst Nokia phone I've ever used doesn't even have a camera :(
  7. Thats true I didn't think to ask if it did still glow to be fair was reading the other comment ;) I would agree if it's still glowing like Savage said it's definitely fuel passing. And thanks to everyone helping I would just like to add it is appreciated just don't always get chance to point that out :)
  8. 2nd the photos :) Don't see many SVX
  9. He said he changed the cats unless I've read that wrong. Won't be the 1st time :)
  10. I tell ya Scotty's good lad just said he will give me my money back and hold on to them for someone else. But I can't do that so I will take them for my leathers :D
  11. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C 4th ever SVX owner :D If you give these a ring mate they should be able to help you. Cheap too ;) http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/default.asp
  12. Thats the most important part to keep trying :) Well hope it helps I know we have a few problems like this come on and everyone has the same symptoms but end up being a different faults :( so become a process of elimination I just like the cheaper options :D
  13. 1.5 does seem high. I'm shocked that your fuel doesn't cutout I think it's set to 1.2 or 1.3 so might have been made to do 1.5 but not many people push that barrier. Do you have a manual boost control I would turn it down if you do mine can do 1.3 happily and I have a bugeye bit like yours :)
  14. One for each !Removed! cheek ;)
  15. No no need but worthy upgrades :D But if you do the fuel pump and stuff like that would recommend getting it mapped, but for the DV you won't
  16. I normally get "Can you just F@cking untie me"
  17. Maf should be after the airfilter box but can't see one :( Scooby Petes said what I would have said with the problems. I'd also check for any split cracked damaged pipes. spray some water around the air intake bits after it's warmed up and started to idle and run lumpy. I would say it's got a split pipe so would be 1st thing I would check :) And welcome to S.O.C
  18. No worries mate what we are here for :)
  19. Yeah I agree the wait was a long time, only thing that guts me is I'm stuck with 2 pink stickers But hopefully now my mate can do them if anyone needs them I can get onto it quicker. Unless it's colours they want in the shop of course then people will have to get them there I will sell them at the same price through my mate just wanted to do these cheaper with the waiting you all did, but way it goes. !Removed! it way life goes :) And I want to see pictures I'm dying to see what my pink stickers will look like :D I'm tempted to get the sun strip done though.
  20. Have to say watched this again and your car really did look the best out of them condition and style. Last night Jay
  21. She's betrayed us and bought another clubs stickers :(
  22. The idea is meant to increase the life of the turbo but I've not seen any evidence to prove either way so I agree with matt doesn't really do anything other than make a noise when changing gear. I have one and know many many others that do so depends if you like them really.
  23. Godzilla :)
  24. They don't really do anything to power of the car the idea is to increase the life of the turbo, by not pushing the air back and venting it. But you will always get mixed reviews on them.
