  1. Brilliant news! Any quibbles about the other party accepting liability etc?
  2. Fingers crossed for you buddy!
  3. Does it have brembos? 6 speed gearbox? STI intercooler? Red intake manifold?
  4. Define better? Handling? Power? Sound? Looks?
  5. Yes they are, to change them you need to take out the airbox on the drivers side and the battery and washer bottle on the passenger side. Not a hard job just a bit fiddly and time consuming. Don't swap the coils over as all you will do is make the firing order wrong and the engine will run terribly
  6. Absolute clown. Even with indicating that's a stupid maneuver to pull
  7. Check the hose coming from your turbo to your intercooler and between the intercooler and throttle body. Would also have a look at the turbo actuator in case a vac line has come off
  8. Pretty sure @savage bulldogs rates his coilovers highly, can't remember the brand tho
  9. 4 and 5 for me, leaning more towards 5!
  10. Welcome to the club!! Have you had the codes read?
  11. I know the video is of an outback but it's probably pretty similar, if not the same...
  12. Sandals replied to CraigXV's topic in Subaru XV Club
Unless it's the turbo diesel model?
  13. Keep your willies to yourself...
  14. I ran with the last cat removed for about 9 months without a remap and encountered no issues. Air intakes are known to mess with the maf without a remap, maybe put the standard airbox back on and see how it behaves
  15. "Think I'm going to sell my car." "Are you going to clean it before taking pictures?" "naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah"
  16. Ouch. Mishap in the snow?
  17. Welcome to the club! Engine lifespan varies greatly with the 2.5. Some seem to last over 100k without issues, others have failed after 30k. No way to predict it unfortunately...
  18. Hopefully by then I'll be in a position to get back into the Scoob game :D
  19. Loving the detail! What's the plans once it's finished? Keeping it or selling it on?
  20. It will fit. Just remember to get new spring bolts and a donut gasket and you will be good to go
  21. Shame you aren't in the UK, I've still got my standard catted downpipe in my garage :D
