Non turbo bonnet on turbo car?
I don't think you would have a problem making one if you did choose to remove the scoop. As Tlag said go for the FMIC and you don't need the scoop - a grill replacement would then help to shift heat - ala drift / GT cars I would be interested in looking into the legacy comment - why no holes - is it due to more under bonnet space - perceived buyer of the legacy not giving it the beans as much as an impreza owner??

Induction kits for Subaru Impreza GX non turbo
Wotcha and welcome, As you are not increasing the capacity of the engine or how much gas and air will be flowing through it to a huge degree by changing the exhaust I would follow Matts advice, get a good high flow panel filter, Cosworth, K&N, Pipercross, etc - an oil free one would be best as to not screw up your MAF. If you would like to mod further look at brakes and handling packages or loosing weight that way you make the most of power to weight ratio

Legacy Spolier :)
The side indicators are in your wing mirrors so I dont think that applies to yourself - its more if you have the older orange lenses that were fitted to the front wings you could get clear replacements an example here http://www.just-subaru.com/my00-02-crystal-clear-design-side-repeaters-72963-0.html Stick up some photos of your motor in a thread an canvass opinion, If I am right your motor is the non turbo version so focus on brakes and handling, get it driving how you like it As Gambit suggested some tints for the windows as they look good on the one in the photo

Crosshatch After Shave Genuine
Ill go find a sampler and see what they smell like chum and also make sure they dont react with me, love the smell of Joop but 20 minutes after I put some on it reacts and I smell like rampant tom cat pee

Tyre
I try and match pairs as the same make / tread pattern as what happens with mismatched patterns is they work against each other and wear out faster. dependant on how much wear is on the rest of the tyres eg if they are near new just go for the one of the same make / tread pattern if they are past half way I would replace the pair

Brake pads 54 2004 wrx sti type uk
ferrous / sintered pads will go through metal discs - its metal on metal - great stopping power but it does wear - same principle as I mentioned earlier, you want great performance you will get it but at the cost of replacing components earlier which is fine as long as this is understood. also mintex - used them with Tarox grooved discs and goodridge braided hoses years ago, transformed the brakes, great performance but they wore quickly - no fade at all with that setup

Are more regular oil changes the solution or is there any merit in changing oil pumps?

Newbie with scooby wrx sti
Wotcha and welcome - that is indeed a tidy looking motor, sounds like you have sensible mods there already and with the STI spec you have brakes suspension roll bars all beefed up as well - with 330bhp I'd say just keep adding shell Vpower & sticky rubber. I would encourage you to get a forum sticker on your vehicle but we seem to have some supply issues at the moment but hopefully that is being rectified :D ah just thought have your cam belts been done - if not it would be worth looking at those and possibly changing the coolant pump for a design that doesn't cavitate at high revs, possibly a higher pressure oil pump as well - not essential but for me it would be peace of mind

Brake pads 54 2004 wrx sti type uk
When it comes to brake pads performance and long lasting don't tend to go hand in hand. For best performance I would go EBC yellow but as a compromise to get slightly longer life choose EBC red. Ferrodo has also been recommended in previous threads on the subject (cant remember the specific type number though) I have used them in the past but again great results though I don't remember them lasting too long
