Is it just me or are classics becoming noticeably less common?
most pics i see of meets now seems to be one or two at most and new members on here always seem to have new age
I know someone who bought one with a blown engine, they were going to get it rebuilt, untill the price of the headgasket kit came in over £1000 :o
Needless to say its still sat there gathering dust
Rep seems ok, not very impressed with their dyno setup though. They force air through the top mount rather than flow from the front end. It wont see that much airflow in the real world so not ideal. Make sure they road finish it.

rarer than an sti type r but even so :o
last one that came up in the auctions in japan went for over £70k and it was a total dog. One for sale in hong kong for $110K.
by the time you pay tax and import costs etc your not gonna be far off 100K landed price
22b's are worth some serious serious money now

yep as suspected there is a whole lot more to it than is being said. Usual 'expert' crew of houghy and hammond stirring the pot with half stories and picking a choosing what info to bother to read or understand. leave em to it.
Heard summit about it but not been up to ask what cracked off. I suspect there's a whole lot more to it than is being said. Always is. I'll see what i can find out.
assumes its not a wrx block.
Out of the 2.1 and 2.5 for a road car 2.5 is way better, cant beat low down grunt it has :D im only running 330bhp, but 380ftlb haha
