Looking at it its going to need some work, looks like both rear arches are going, when rust is visible means the inner wing will be a right mess so that will need doing as well. Prob looking at £300 ish per side. need to find out about the service history and what is ment by 'full'.

Get it to a specialist and let them have a look, could carry on chasing it round the engine bay and still not find it. -

best bet matey, it's not that rare in the UK now. You'll need to sort the details with DVLA, which may be PITA, but worth doing so no issues down the line
