  1. And a dump valve :) the more I look at it the more I think about a sport special Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Would match the colour coding on the seats :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. There are cheaper ones, super pro poly etc. I think for the ARB there could be different sizes Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Maybe the actual changing of gear, but the bit that normally takes a while is when you put your foot down and the car decides whether it can get power in the same gear or if it needs to change down. I know there's a little button behind the accelerator pedal that helps it know what to do but have to be 100% throttle to push it! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Also people get the impression a boy racer hasn't owned it when it comes to selling :) don't know what the auto is like on them, but on my older 2001 car I drive it like a manual by downshifting with the lever and up shifting by letting off the accelerator slightly and it changes gear when I want it to. 3 point turns and overtaking take longer though. I think the awd system also reacts differently auto/manual. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Was the wall ok? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  8. Not just you, my friend went outside to find this yesterday or Friday Turns out a car pulled out without looking, sideswiped another car and scraped into her car which before then had no scratches or dents I can think of apart from a patch of rust near petrol filler :( Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. Parked in Wymondham town, tried to hang about to wait for the owner but went away for 5 minutes and when I came back it was gone :( Also had a peek inside, there was a yellow cushion to match the paint :) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. It's one of them things where you never see one until you get one, then they're everywhere! There's a few subarus in Norwich, I know there's a red turbo wagon that's used as a pizza delivery car in Norwich, a white legacy used as a pizza delivery car in Wymondham and a yellow Impreza sport special sometimes used for delivery in Lowestoft :) so should see/hear them often :) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. I only know of one in Norfolk but they do post some bits, they are called Imprezabreakers and I think the website is that with .com on the end. Maybe look up the number and give them a call Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Hello from another NA owner, you've brought us all out of hiding! What year is it? My friends NA has drum brakes on the rear with no ARB but read if you got the bits from a car with disc brakes, as a bonus it comes with mountings for a rear ARB. Would be better for the track :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Edit- oops that tip was for a gc8, don't know if that applies to yours! :$
  13. On my connector it looks like there is a resistor built in Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Check both pads on the same side are worn by the same amount and if the outer is more than the inner etc Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Also after accelerating a Subaru you get some noise/wobble as you return from supersonic to subsonic speeds ;) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Edit: I say a Subaru... Just not my Subaru :(
  16. Knock sensor (detonation) should pick it up, search for engine pinging and you might find a vid with the noise, never heard it but I think it's a tapping noise. After fixing an exhaust leak before o2 sensor, might be best to reset ecu to relearn but if you've booked it in might aswell leave it for them to look at as resetting would delete ecu codes Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Went to see a friend recently who was sorting his brakes out when I got there, he said one of his pads wore down more than the other and was taking off corrosion from the Pistons. One both sides it was the side to the inside of the wheels that was the problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Hi nice shiny car you got there. You're not too far from me (Norwich) there's a good Subaru breakers nearby who also do some maintenance work incase you need something. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Anything on the receipt with a part number? Try matching with that one scribbled in Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Guess these are unused ones from DVLA but used or not what matters is what it says. Your plate says scooby more than these do :) But these prices include registering/transferring etc, I guess find out how much that cost then subtract from the total? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Category: Subaru brochures [emoji848] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Be sensible and don't do 80 :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. The previous owner went to an exhaust shop to get it made, when she first got it, it was really loud with the noise echoing around the boot but managed to find a different exhaust to quieten it down. She still has the bigger back box that was on there, probably looking to get rid of, but it is sleeved I think and either a couple inches too short or too long to fit on the standard mid pipe Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. https://vimeo.com/182998778 NA 2.0 (2000) standard exhaust apart from different mid pipe without resonator and backbox from another NA model. https://vimeo.com/182999445 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Don't know about Subaru, but I think some cars have (or had?) a tank to fill in an additive for the dpf which was done at service Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
