  1. If they were falling apart yes if the were just worn maybe not, I put a new gearbox mount in at Christmas and it made everything nice and tight don't get half as much judder as I used to My old one
  2. Most likely be the droplinks (rubbish design) or anti roll bar bushes, could even be the suspension top mounts, but I'd doubt it, I've changed pretty much everything for new bushes etc and still get a dull thud/clunk from time to time,
  3. Could be a paddle clutch inside, very worn engine &gearbox mounts can cause excessive judder too
  4. Gutted for you mate at least the garage has done the proper thing
  5. Was gonna say you'd have had to have been doing something really daft to loose it on that stretch unless it started to pee it down
  6. There's a hefty jdm tax on that it's only worth about 3k in my opinion, the rest is probably shipping fees
  7. Mainly us but they have eu/aus/ sections etc
  8. Only ever seen a couple on the trader/import sites. There's a couple of owners on forester.org but that's about it
  9. essentially the same apart from ours don't have a pre cat in the up pipe
  10. Seen this and the other one that's on there far to much if you ask me, considering you can buy a newer 04/05 plate fsti for 2k more
  11. Yeah 2.5 is standard, there's one in the downpipe and one in a 2nd pipe then mid section and backbox unless it's been modified already
  12. Should do, are you going for just the downpipe both cats deleted or Just one ? Just make sure you get the right size at the mid section to match
  13. Decat you'll here everything ! [emoji51]
  14. I've no idea mate, try dropping savage bulldogs a pm he's taken then apart before, didn't realise you had to split the hot and cold sides to get at the pipes,
  15. Trouble is with ours is the engine bay gets so hot the cone ends up getting heatsoaked unless you remove the resonator and stick it in the wing recess, wouldn't be ideal if your wading through big puddles [emoji52]
  16. No worries mate, glad to be of some help, wideband lambda sensors are for monitoring air fuel mix, normally used when mapping although people fit them to highly modded engines so they can keep an eye on things before they go bang [emoji50]
  17. You'll need bigger wheels to accommodate the four pots, i'd go with a panel filter not much point in going for a cone, unless your after bigger power, may be worth investing in a remap aftwr the exhaust and filter should see better mpg too
  18. Good man it would be a pain in the !Removed! to re attach it all then have 5o change the gasket in a month due to it blowing, Looks like ones been moved or someone's put a thread in for a wideband afr
  19. If you were closer i'd have offered a hand mate as it's easier with two people,
  20. The ones round the top and the studs are fairly easy, it's the one underneath between the turbo and pipe that's a f****r to get at a flexible 14mm socket is the easiest option, do you have a new downpipe gasket aswell ? I notice the lambda sensor hole is bunged up behind the turbo, have you relocated it ?
  21. How often do you go off road ? Mine is pretty much road based as I go off road maybe a week a year in total, by which I mean driving round farmers fields and the occasional snow, it copes with all of this no problems on the standard suspension
  22. You need to undo the 4 or 5 bolts on the downpipe which is a challenge in it's self. If you've already done the up pipe bolts it should just come away
  23. Whoop cheers mate, been after one for the front screen I'll have a gander in a bit
  24. Cap states dot3 which has been replaced with dot4, i'm guessing that's what's in there now, will I have any problems just replacing with dot 4 or even dot 5.1 ? Or do I need to flush out with anything 1st, last thing I want to do is rot the insides of my system
  25. Are these stickers external ones or the type you lick and stick inside?
