  2. They are the fully adjustable ones, maybe not totally needed. Have you looked at the no adjustable whitleine ones.
  3. Looks like a standard classic so should fit up to my2000
  4. You'll need to get an updated disc from 'somewhere' either legit which costs a bit or I've been told that there are versions on ebay or dowloadable patches from torrent sites, how well these work is an unknown I'm afraid. Could always call up your local dealer and see what The asking price is
  5. Not sure on a n/a car as the main reason for remap on decatting is to stop overboost and what not, not sure where & how many lambda sensors yours have, removing the lower one on newer models with throw up an engine managment light which requires mapping out. Could always go sports cat system should have the relevant bungs for sensors.
  6. Normally asperated I take it ? Apart from weight reduction. I'd go handling so alloy droplinks to replace the crappy subaru ones maybe a thicker rear anti roll bar, should make turn in better and reduce understeer. Think yours will have equal length headers so you won't get the boxer sound unfortunately
  7. What year is yours mate? Basically 90% of the impreza form the same year should go on
  8. I'd do the belts if it's been stood hate for you to do all the bits you want then it go. Pull all fluids including brake fluid then at least you know iylt's had everything done and a clean bill of health
  9. Haha big plans ! Major service around 350-400 once ever 4 years then minor ones the next three year at around a ton. Cambelts about 400 every 4 year or 40k ??
  10. Hi mate looks nice, have you got a set of crystal sidelights to go on yet or not ? It's a bit of a marmite thing some like some don't just run with what you've got for a bit make your mind up

  13. Typically I've been after a sillicone ypipe for the foz for ages ended up raiding savages parts cave, got an email last night from the hose supplier to say they are ready ! Tough sshould have been ready 3 months ago. New air filter and sillicone airbox hose on way too
  14. What's the rest of the units set at ? Maybe you have to change all of it to metric?
  15. Speak to savage he's your man when it comes to that kind of stuff
  16. At the end of the day least you know your cars running safe and there will be gains to be had when you have the new ecu sorted.
  17. Stupid tapatalk won't let me pull the link from the how to guide section, grrrr
  18. Hi mate welcome, is it the first gen or second gen shape ? There's a fair few being broken on ebay so may be worth having a look, even it need repainting it will be a lot cheaper than a new on from the dealer. http://www.subaru-spares.co.uk/
  19. Yeah I always do, I think it takes the load off the 'box or something, some manufacturers make you put the clutch in before the car will start. Try it and let us know if the noise is any better or worse
  20. Hi welcome, feel free to get stuck in and post up some pics we have a couple of new sti owners here and they have had some teething problems too so if it helps your not alone !
  21. There's a fitting guide on here, think it's for a hatch but I'll dig it out and post it up. Failing that gambit has done his so may be worth asking him
  22. How'd it go mate ? Do you have nice looking graph to post up ?
