Hi everyone,

I'm Kaushalya from Colombo, Sri Lanka with a 99 Subaru Impreza GC V6 with few mods here and there.
I have attached few pics of my car below. I call it "Destiny". Has given me a lot of life boost and unforgettable moments and friends.
It's my 1st post in this forum hence the introduction. Looking forward to cooperate with the members of this forum.

Cheers.

hey,

yes building the engine and suspension slowly. Im not a drag guy so not pushing the car for insane numbers. But a good stable figure with reliability is the plan for now :)

Welcome!

Looks tasty!  Do you run it without air filter or was it out for the picture?

I run it with the filter. That particular picture was taken right after the intercooler pipings were mounted. so the stock airbox cannot be fixed. Made a custom air intake with the MAF socket. Running pretty solid.

sounds like a sensible approach - power to weight ratio and great chassis handling are great alternatives to big power

Hi n welcome

Seems to be a few tidy looking classics joining up lately , nice choice emoji106.png

If it's not broke .....upgrade it 😊

GC was always the most brutal looker in the bunch. I love the 2004 Impreza too but GCs impress me a lot more :)
Definitly not broke but not in a hurry too :)

Hi mate welcome to S.O.C. great looking car :driving:

And great friendly bunch on here so I'm sure you will feel welcome
