  1. As @Phillip1993 said just removing codes to see if they return won't change the map :)
  2. With Induction kit's it's said not to use oiled but mines oiled and I've not had a problem in 9 years but it is a K&N apollo so maybe the better quality ones are better to use say over a cheaper pipercross equivalent, the Oem is induction is good though so unless you want some more noise it isn't needed. I think the HKS dump valves are the best ones if you wanting the vent to atmosphere on the market but not cheap and have to be careful of fakes we have a guide on here about how to spot one I did have a bailey dump valve on mine though which was cheaper and sounded good.I've gone back to oem dump valve now. But depends what you want can get forged ones that allow you to alter how it works.
  3. lol I'm trying to keep on the good side of the guy in the house behind mine. He probably can't hear it but I want ago in his Lamborghini
  4. No problem I know what it's like when you want something and can't get your hands on it seen some side skirt extenders I want but the exact ones I want I've only found in the states but I can get them shipped over. bit easier to find than morettes
  5. My missus doesn't mind mine think she prefers it full bore I only use it at 5 in the morning when trying to leave without waking the whole village Might be me but I feel it does restrict the power too when it's in car feels a lot more flat.
  6. Me too and thats in your car I do have a bung for mine though some days I've driven it it just too much some days but certainly best sunding for me by far.
  7. exactly mate haha. And try these. @oilman he might be able to help once back after bank hoilday http://www.opieoils.co.uk/
  8. Did my engine bay yesterday too full power wash caught few fins on the TMIC though so will have to straighten them back up at some point. Mother in law might be round over the weekend perfect time to do such a job I think
  9. Looks good that mate better than the red bulbs I used but mine wasn't the blue led bulbs just the normal bulbs might have to try the LED's
  10. I'll keep an eye out for you mate.
  11. Certainly do my favourites using the curtains..... Oh you're on about the dipstick yeah it's best to wipe that too but on some old rag or equivalent
  12. great news mate and some great figures.
  13. I'll lock this for you mate saves you getting any more questions
  14. sorry when I say work them means two people one to pump the brake and one to hold them back to see if any stick. then keep pumping the brake and pulling the pistons back see if they free up. But from last post good sign pads will course it
  15. If you take the pad's out and the pistons really need to be forced back in like real pressure to force the pistons back you will know that's the problem. You can work them free but from experience is will come back. Check for any split rubber around the pistons too, will almost course issue at some point. It's the easy way to work it out if that's the problem or might be early signs but working them might give you a few months if nothing else all worth a try if it's free
  16. I've had 0 luck with cleaning mafs
  17. Had a K&N Apollo on mine for years now had no issue with it at all. before or after it was mapped. Yourstanadred air box is really good and just upgrading the panel filter will do just as good a job. but if you really want want as said no reason not too. :)
  18. Sounds like a great project. I did google before I replied and same outcome
  19. he sold them full set for £250
  20. I can't bricklay well not very well I have done it but I'm a plumber by trade so picked a few bits up among other things I seem to have taken up Well as I've said before if it has been mapped wrong they should in all honesty do it again and for free. I've heard a bit about what's gone on. but either way hope it's sorted
  21. Sorry wouldn't know where to start.
