  1. Still time left to get on the fun bus ;)
  2. Nope still getting them Blue flaps Red STI ;) http://www.performancecreations.co.uk/subaru-wrx--sti--new-age-or-classic-138-p.asp But if you spoke to them direct I guess it's best way :) And not one joke about pink handcuffs I'm getting better :D
  3. Salsa just making me jealous now mate :( Well I'm going to reside in the fact it is not going to happen for me so pictures will be fine hint hint. Show me what I missed :(
  4. Strange I would get the codes read just to see if anything is stored I'm wondering if when it's got to full temperature it's making the rubbers sag and one has a split, or coil packs had a wobbler to cause it to judder. Only things I can think of for that with the ECU light and cruise control light. Not sure about the ABS maybe a panic thing the ecu did. But I would start with the codes then pipes 1st as it's the easier thing to check for splits loose clips that sort of thing, then onto the plugs and coil packs.
  5. Strange I looked last night and see blue with red STI drop down Unless sold out temporarily.
  6. Does look like a beast
  7. Bugeye I replaced the hub on it a while back then had the bearing done on it again. The hubs knackered I didn't bother getting the tracking done as I knew it was going to need a new hub and bearing, but have been waiting on a cheque that just feels like forever and has taken longer a lot longer than I thought it would, to pay for the repairs. So need 4 new tyres again :( the hub and bearing piston has stuck on the brake calipers so they need doing followed by disc brakes and pads all round and tax at the end of this month and I think the Cv's started to go or has gone I've not jacked it up yet to look. So with that needing doing I don't want to take it far hence why I've not been able to get to some of the small events :( But know I can make japfest 2 with it being in August. but see how well this week goes never know luck might be with me for a change :)
  8. I have a funny feeling will be the start of the repairs :(

Torque pro has been the best one for me
  11. Looks good mate I have been looking at the mirrors that go under just so I can see how my bum looks in new leather pants when I'm under the bonnet :D
  12. Ok will have a look and the ones I have seen are well over 50 miles away see what we can do :)
  13. I have seen a few people selling them but not local to you :( I will have a look later on though.
  14. I might have one for the WRX or the STI version pretty sure I've not got one for a 1.5 :( I will have a check but most are about the same thing though
  15. Gutted mate but least going to work will be fun just the mess it makes :(
  16. What sort of power are you running as Jay said I would have a guess the Turbo wasn't up to the tune really. TMIC should be good for 450bhp just the heat soak as Jay has said. :)
  17. I really want to go to this so bad Solicitors have sorted the Cheque out just a race against time now
  18. Hi mate no you shouldn't have to remove the rad but will need to remove wings bumpers lights all that sort of thing and cut into parts of the car for the pipe work and bumper for it all to fit. So if you're just wanting it for the look I wouldn't waste my time and money with it. But it's entirely your choice I won't discourage anyone from doing what they want to do to there car. And I'm not sure if you would loose the fogs I guess depends on the pipe work really. But I would say looking at others I have seen the fogs would have to go and be covered.
  19. Bitmans got a video guide somewhere on here. Found it http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/7002-front-doors-wind-noise-fix/
  20. I will let you use my car as a demo car at Japfest 2 then
  21. I just cut the shelf where it was in the blobeye for the speakers I didn't want to mess about removing it all does mean a lot of working in awkward positions. Bit like playing Twister naked :D
  22. Look forward to the pictures. I wanted to do mine but other repairs will force it to be held off for now :(
  23. Normally new ECU that can be mapped mate. And hello Farmpug long time no see again, did you manage to get the damage sorted a little bit from your last off roading trip ?
  24. Yeah should be where Stanton said around the fuse box area I would pull your mafs leads off see if it stalls if it does that should be fine if it doesn't sure sign it's failed pretty common to cause bad idle and stalling.
