  1. I'd say if you are getting pulled... Legal limit is the only way mate :( To be safe. My MOT tester that will allow anything that is safe so turbo back fine. But my advise is play it safe if people are getting pulled for it your an easy target. :( stick with the rules for now :(
  2. That bonnet trim would look good on any car I don't care what you say ;)
  3. Very nice I must admit I'm starting to like these XV's I'd still look at getting the bonnet trim like Dogconkers, I'd even look at a white one to make it stand out :D
  4. From having a read up they are not great. But I guess it will depend on how you drive, they are meant to have links with Pirelli so at least if anyone asks you can tell them that :D
  5. All systems go :D
  6. I agree looks like the real thing on the picture, I guess time will tell how long it will last for but I do like the look of it on :D
  7. Looks like a Lion proudly sat on the drive :D
  8. I will still use scrappies just not for hubs :D I knew the risk and didn't pay for me to do it :(
  9. About £47 inc postage in England I'm guessing be more to post to Jersey though
  10. I need it I turn lucky dips unlucky :(
  11. Not sure yet 1st time I've replaced it since I bought the hub from a scrap dealer. I wont do that again I will just go direct to main stealer's next time was only £220 for hub and bearing. I'd say everything now including the tracking labour and parts has cost me near £600 :( only joy is it was spread out through the year :D I'm not 100% sure he said it's destroying the back of the bearing as it some times stops it from turning. I'm thinking might just run it until it pop's and get another hub and bearing ready and chuck the old one on the scrap pile :( still have the !Removed! caliper to sort out yet :( oh well what happens when you have the bright idea of using 2nd hand parts to save money. Lesson learned :D
  12. Well been and picked her up need the front part of the hub where the alloy bolts onto it not sure what it's called as it will chew the bearing up again don't have any look with the dam N/S front :(
  13. I'd say be easy enough and least it's garaged mind you I still don't fancy being outside in mine :D I'm just waiting to hear about mine took it to have a bearing fitted 4 hour's ago now
  14. Oh I thought you was bothered about opening it and not being able to return it :D Hope the weather stays good for you to cold out there for me and crawling around on the floor :(
  15. Cheers Tim signed up :)
  16. I agree I thought they was just Denso ones too but some do have holes in so I wouldn't worry about that to much but I also thought the wire was longer that the one in your picture but other than that it does look right.

Sorry not got a Forester http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/01-SUBARU-FORESTER-LOAD-COVER-PARCEL-SHELF-IN-GREY-/151188277182?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item23338607be Might fit if it is And a 1998 model one here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pull-Out-Parcel-Shelf-Load-Cover-1998-Subaru-Forrester-/370922144474?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item565caec2da

  20. They do make a difference to breaking from the standard disc's and pads. Also upgrading the hose should give you a noticeable feel too :D I'm looking at doing all of the above once I've sorted the caliper problem out :D
  21. Just got some Falken's myself so far I've liked them seem a bit more noisy on the tarmac but that could be the dry bearing problem will be able to tell better tomorrow when I've had it fixed :D
  22. Cheers Savage ;)
