  1. nice one - check out this thread for ebony inspiration.
  2. This is correct STI = 114x5 WRX = 100x5 is it not possible to get a larger rear wrx disc to suit the STI calipers. One thing I would say is if you get the chance to drive a Hatch STI, 330s, TYPE UK PPP etc with the brembo calipers, do so, as I found them to be very wooden with low feel - yes they pulled you up when you stood on them but I have more feel for what the brakes are doing on the RX than I did on the STI. At one point I thought the calipers had stuck so pulled them all off and ensure they were all free - which they were. I wasnt convinced the ratio between master cylinder and the calipers was correct but had to let the car go before I had got to the root of the issue.
  3. power vs weight ratio - plus I think you have AWD still as well where as some of the earlier NA scoobs were 2WD. gets some photos up from under the bonnet and we can see if it is the same setup as the 2.0. I believe you have equal length headers so you wont get the original burble like the classics blobs and bugs
  4. Yup know what it is like when you want to get on with stuff
  5. caliper paint for the rears??
  6. I think I would colour code - but you are in a good position as they do go with the grill so you could hold off and see which way you want to go
