  2. Nice, hopefully you can make it to the Surrey Scoobies meet, every 2nd Sunday of the month :)
  3. Nice pics :)
  4. Welcome to the club, any pics?
  5. Just make sure the cam belt has been changed recently and give it a good test drive.
  6. Looks good, green scoobs seem to be one of the rarest colours. Loads of green foresters and outbacks must be something to do with farmers :)
  7. Most jobs are doable on the drive way. Don't really need any special tools, a good jack, axle stands (best to have four axle stands). I've swapped exhausts, suspension, discs, callipers and even had the engine out on the drive way. Biggest job is prob replacing clutch and would say get a pro to do it, as it is a massive job to do, have to remove a fair few bits from the engine bay along with prop shaft, drive shafts and gearbox. They are not any harder to work on than "normal" cars. It's just that the engine bay is pretty cramped so access is the biggest issue.
  8. I knew they were on there :) Took them off just before the gate.
  9. This was taken quite early on.
  10. Really useful page and a shed loads of good info. http://www.subaru-impreza.de/SonderserienENG.htm
  11. Quite a bit of info in this thread..... http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/7851-obd-scanner-thing-wireless-recommendations/ Best app is Dashcmd this is a pay app but gives loads of info besides fault codes. If you just want codes then OBDCarDoctor is prob the best free app. Both of these are wifi based apps rather than Bluetooth.
  12. Where is everyone? Only 6 cars here at mo. Although everyone seems to be being sent to SIOC instead of SOC. We are bottom of road 6
  13. I have to drive at least an hour for any Sccob garages near me. It's worth the journey if you want a good mechanic.
  14. Yeah the Boots bnb was a joke. I'm just gonna make my own way there and meet at the stand.
  15. Quick wash ready for Japfest 2
  16. I use Bluetac, easy to remove and doesn't leave any residue behind.
  17. Welcome along :)
  18. Welcome to the madhouse :)
  19. Don't forget your club shirt if you have one :) Also if everyone can wear a badge with their forum name and real name that would be a massive help.
  20. Also you'd need an ECU remap to account for the decat.
  21. If you are on the club stand and want a set of Club Show plates. I have 5 sets left and a set can be yours for a miserly £5.00 yes just five pictures of the queen collected at the show. 1st come 1st served.
