  1. I'd say cat back exhaust panel filter uprated fuel pump and mapping be around a grand all in, where abouts are you ? Least you've the bigger brakes ticks one upgrade off the list
  2. I like the way you get hardly any lag and it gives a linear boost on my car anyway, I'm finding a bit of oil in the turbo to ic pipe, I guess a little bit is normal ? I've no idea how long that turbos been on the car but it doesn't smoke or any weird noises and pulls hard. So if needs be I'll just replace it with the same
  3. Hi mate, wouldn't like to say may be worth looking at breakers as main dealer prices will make you eyes water !
  4. This is my problem, the engines on somewhere between 125-140k so don't want to get a new turbo or map then it let go. The misses wants some new !Removed! as the baby's been hanging off them for 6 months. That's my bartering tool anyway. Not looking for big power just a smoother and more responsive running car, maybe around 260ish ?
  5. Gearbox oil Rear diff oil Try opie oils, trader on here they'll knock up a service kit for you or just give you an idea of what kind of viscosity oils to use.
  6. [emoji16] I just didn't want to incriminate anyone
  7. Good for 300 I've been told get the goodness of a Td04 spool with a little more power
  8. Still be close to the pass threshold with a sports cat, mine wasn't hot enough this time and failed. Que a quick rag down the motorway and back and re test [emoji16]
  9. Boofle gem on here may have I'm not sure and haven't seen her since sept, may be worth sending her a private message
  10. Unequal headers will give you the boxer sound, weather it's worth the 360 that's up to you, personally I wouldn't but it's not my car
  11. Have a look see if all the clips &shims are on maybe a pad moving ?
  12. I'd check the brake disk shield, Mine scuffed loads when I turned right and made a racket, when it was on ramps you could spin the wheel and nothing, as soon as there was any load it would make a sound, i got a flat head screw driver and just prised the edge away from the disk no more noise, just been replaced by a squeal on the other side
  13. Obvious taking the **** ! Only time I use the dealer for is little bits that I can't get off the Web, has the car got any history of the clutch being changed ?maybe they looked up the history and thought they'd try their luck with the new owner ?
  14. I get it from the front left I've not worked out if it's the plate behind collecting **** or just bits getting inbetween the pad, doesn't happen all the time but when it does, as soon as i brake it goes
  15. That's a main dealer for you, knock off 900 quid for an independent specialist to do it for you everyone gets a bit of judder when cold. Must think you were born yesterday !
  16. Hi mate, try www.importcarparts.co.uk for the seal although I can't see it being much different to a UK spec car or the same era so mat be worth trying subaru of they can't get one for you. The radio may just need a band converter ro play uk stations, and any classic impreza downpipe should fit your car as the early legacies and foresters share the same platform
  17. Not sure to be honest it's branded in the companies name but they supply autoglum turtle wax and others It comes I'm 25l drums needless to say last one I got was about 3 years ago and I'm not even half way through

  19. Depends I tend to go over with a sponge then rinse off, I don't dilute 1st it as I get it free [emoji16] so fill the lance bottle with concentrate, some of them tell you to premix then add to bottle
  20. New age cars had them so depending on where in the world you are my2001+
  21. Hi welcome, feel free to have a look round an get stuck in ! We're a friendly lot here and pictures of your car are always welcome [emoji16] Feel for you with regards to the salt on the roads, it's an anual battle here our local council like to start putting it down as soon as cold weather if forecast, it doesn't even get that cold here,
  22. Sounds about right, for motorway driving, expect that to drop to around 20-22 round town & short journeys if you really try 32ish can be acheived it's a bit boring though
  23. Hello welcome. Looks great in that blue, think I've only seen about two subarus compared to loads of Toyotas
  24. Measured the front and rear arb'd with vernier calipers, I got a measurement of 20.03mm on the front however there is some rust on,I was told a standard bar is 19mm front ? The rear measures in at a rather pathetic 13mm [emoji22] . So what front bushes do people reckon 19mm or 20mm ?
