  1. Gonna be tight calling this seeing as we're already half way through the month, i'm down sheff on Thursday, so if I bump into anyone I'll give them a kick up the !Removed!
  2. Hks one a 3" And the centre a 2.5" ?
  3. Could try giving api a bell or matty @ mb developments
  4. You need to add about 3" to the actual pipework and re weld the hangers to make them fit, Have a look over on forester.org should be info there
  5. I think a slim sub would be lost in the boot, as they don't have the power to be run at loud volumes all day to compensate for the lack of size I bought one of these http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product_m-kenwood-ksc-sw11_p-31239.htm?gclid=COS5_petvcsCFRUW0wodDrgLDQ Works well, sounds good and fits under the front seat so nit means I get to keep all my boot space
  6. Nice nick ! Shame I don't have any money to take yours off your hands, whoever buys yours will get a very well looked after motor
  7. They are led ones, weather they'll fit yours I can't answer,
  8. If you want new try www.importcarparts.co.uk they should have or be able to source them for you
  9. Finally managed to find a sf5 foz specific zero sports undertray yesterday so that's on it's way from Japan should be here in 7-10 days [emoji3] going in for a new clutch weds, even managed to squeeze in two trips to b&q to buy more !Removed! for the house
  10. If the newer models are anything like the old ones the speaker set up is rubbish, does yours have the factory sub ? I'd have a look at upgrading the speaker components 1st then if all else fails the head unit
  11. I've a dyno & afr somewhere just moved house so when I find it I'll post up, My car is in mph but the clock just has a bit of tape over the K so just recalibrated into mph it's a connection on the back of the clock I think you just change that. I'm on a td04 with sports cat 3" system, cosworth filter and an rcm fuel pump, loads of other bits in my gallery post, http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/index.php?/topic/9698-my-foz have esl board in ecu so twin maps one v power and an emergency !Removed! fuel map incase. Mine didn't take to power at all as ours are more torque based the heads are different by all accounts, I got 220bhp and 250ftlbs. Need to get in on the dyno again as had a sticky caliper dodgy wheel bearing to name a few, would be interesting to see what it makes on a different one
  12. Cheers chaps, nipped home at dinner, to have a check (misses doesn't work fridays) so heating has been on all day and everything is as should be, so it was just a valve balancing issue, not fun at all to do but glad I didn't have to take it all apart, shame the chimney is a different matter altogether [emoji22]
  13. Haha that fills me with confidence ! Ah well if it goes it goes, she gets new boiler I get some car goodies [emoji51] Come down this morning and everythings toasty warm so I'm just gonna keep am eye on it and adjust accordingly if necessary
  14. Just going for exedy blue box as not running much power, I'll just stick to what I have then, cheers for the advice
  15. I"d 2nd tidgy on the cobra stuff, not as cheap as some but well made and they knocked up &fitted a full turbo back for me in under half a day
  16. 1st thing I did was bleed system, it's a heatline monza 24 with 7 rads, only 12months old as previous owner had it installed, I'm getting there just a very slow process, all rads are 90% hot so it's just a case of tweaking the valves little by little, gonna sack it off for tonight 2 and a bit hours after work wasn't my plan haha
  17. Anyone good with central heating problems ? Basically moved in and heating was crap, so bled everything now at least the rads get hot all over, except the two in the lounge/hall I've read about valve balancing so am in the process of trying that, ball ache doesn't describe it, I've closed off all the good radiators opened the cold ones and I get equal heat now on those, So I'm in process of opening up the other radiators a 1/4 of a turn at a time, they all get hot but the two original ones go stone cold at the bottom [emoji35] Am I doing something wrong any pointers etc would be greatly appriciated
  18. Hole in the radiator, but it Sounds like a Headgasket problem to me, subaru's don't normally get alot of mayo it just over pressurises the system and forces all the coolant out of the expansion tank
  19. Cars in for a clutch on weds and knowing my recent garage visits nothings ever that simple, so IF the flywheels knackered or won't take to a skim what's the cons of a lightened fly going in instead of an oem one ? According to the Internets the sf5 foz has the same fly as the old legacies which is heavier than the impreza of the same year. So that could be an option, but I don't want to loose drivability etc
  20. Hello & welcome looks nice [emoji51]
  21. Sorry bud, These are genuine http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts-info?id=8750&cat=96&sub=103&sec=3006&var=51&dc=0&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart= You can just but the gaskets by themselves but prob worth getting the lot as you can guarantee the stud will snap if you don't have a spare, I can't remember what the stock fuel cut is set at, Mine is set to cut at 1.3 bar and is mapped to 1.2 so i'd just have poke around the Web see whats possible
  22. If it's a proper job wash/dry removal of old stuff then I'd say that's not a bad price, I take it yours has been sealed in the past ? If you can and have the means why not save yourself 450 quid get a wire brush some ramps a pot of underseal & brush and do it yourself ? Only takes about an hour and a half to do the floor then it's just the rear arches
  23. I presume It's de restricted but mine just sort of stops at around 120, thinking it's more likely to be due to it having the areo of a house brick !
