350 miles done arrived in wales, now have a really squeaky pad/disc on o/s when I turn left 🤔

Hopefully it's something caught in the pad and needs cleaning and not a wheel bearing going

Morning of holiday day#2 looked like this

14bba79d9ae0c94da41ed96e846835c0.jpg

after much head scratching and a couple of calls I still can't work out where the noise is coming from, the disc /pad/ hub looks all ok sounds more like a rubbery squeak so hopefully find a local garage to get it on a lift, as tried to have the misses drive round in circles she managed to stall it 3 times got out and proclaimed 'I can only drive diesels 😂

More to put her at ease than anything as it's not getting worse and it still stops and goes with no noises clunk's,

No idea... going silverstone yesterday morning had a weird whine on slowing down

then on way home about 25 mins from home a high pitch whine at low speeds

Ended up pulling the Cam sensor as that was easier to get to. Dry cranked it a few times and then went for it. Was still nervous about it but she fired up easy and sounds fine. Took her out and all felt well all pressures and temps were spot on. She's in tomorrow now for the rack end and alignment.

How difficult is it to do? Mine is still whining (and has been for a few months) but is not getting worse so there is no play... I just want it replaced as the sound annoys me!!
