  1. I'd still pay for an hours dyno and a check over. Just to be sure
  2. That's something I can't answer about the over fieling mate my tech knowledge is limited, I guess the pervious owner stuck the chip & ecu in to as a cheaper alternative to an apexi or esl remap, the speed sensor may be still attached as the jap ones always used to be limited to 112mph, might be worth trying to investagate that, may even be linked to your boost issue ?
  3. Found out some info p.m me as I've nicked it from a different fourm
  4. Not got a clue, is that all you've got? Any other markings on the inside the ecu case ?
  5. Never too much ! The only thing putting me off the uprated arb is having to but the reinforced mounts ands an extra hundred quid to the price
  6. Haha do it ! Although you'll probably have to have another alignment done if you start altering them. May as well buy a new anti roll bar while tour at it haha
  7. Yep them be those UK seller for gbp comparison http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/index.php?cPath=39_274_325_363

  9. Looks like a standard classic so should fit up to my2000
  10. All I pay is bf & forza so can't really justify spending 350 on a console at the mo, when they come down a bit more then maybe. Car comes 1st [emoji51]
  11. You'll need to get an updated disc from 'somewhere' either legit which costs a bit or I've been told that there are versions on ebay or dowloadable patches from torrent sites, how well these work is an unknown I'm afraid. Could always call up your local dealer and see what The asking price is
  12. Not sure on a n/a car as the main reason for remap on decatting is to stop overboost and what not, not sure where & how many lambda sensors yours have, removing the lower one on newer models with throw up an engine managment light which requires mapping out. Could always go sports cat system should have the relevant bungs for sensors.
  13. Normally asperated I take it ? Apart from weight reduction. I'd go handling so alloy droplinks to replace the crappy subaru ones maybe a thicker rear anti roll bar, should make turn in better and reduce understeer. Think yours will have equal length headers so you won't get the boxer sound unfortunately
  14. What year is yours mate? Basically 90% of the impreza form the same year should go on
  15. I'd do the belts if it's been stood hate for you to do all the bits you want then it go. Pull all fluids including brake fluid then at least you know iylt's had everything done and a clean bill of health
  16. Haha big plans ! Major service around 350-400 once ever 4 years then minor ones the next three year at around a ton. Cambelts about 400 every 4 year or 40k ??
  17. Hi mate looks nice, have you got a set of crystal sidelights to go on yet or not ? It's a bit of a marmite thing some like some don't just run with what you've got for a bit make your mind up
  18. Hello welcome, I know they are silly little things, r b is your best bet for an answer
