  1. Used to put it in my van, got maybe an extra 30- 40 miles out of a tank
  2. Hi mate, did you reset ecu after changing part ? May be worth starting car from cold and letting it warm up for 5-10mins and observe the idle. Did it start high before ? Maybe the car's throwing more fuel into the mix on start up to try and compensate for the fault before ?
  3. Last anual meet was at gambits house :-D But deffo something worth looking into again
  4. Mine always turn up about a quarter behind. Now I can't fill my van up at shell I don't get as much :-(
  5. Say thats right they won't be going in your car and make good your escape :-D
  6. Anyone got one ? Looking for info on the accessories that you can attach
  7. Haha too much sun and ouzo = bad news, took me ages to write the last post. U can't fathom out which way round I should be looking at the ebay pic. The more I look at it it looks like it should but icant work out the angled bit to the cat. Has it been reversed in the image ?
  8. There's a heatsheild on the bit that runs along the front and thats in three bits where as the stainless one isnt. And the up pipe is missing but as sav says that will be on the left of the pic. Youra looks like the cat would need replacing as it's at an angle where as the turbo cars is more of a straight route. Borla make n/a headders from the states but they aren't cheap. If you could get a better pic of the front underside of your car may be easier to see if you could make the unequal length sit there then get somone to fabricate another bit to connect the headders to the cat ? Maybe send tlag a message on here he has more knowledge on legacies than I
  9. Thats the routing of the unequal length the front is at the top of the pic.
  10. Sorry fella been busy as today, I don't think the unequal one would fit as it goes around the front of the car then pokes out around the o/s wheel. I'll post a pic up of what I mean in a bit. Whats above the brace on the right of the pic ?
  11. Subaru part numbers, 22326AA260 0.8mm 22326KA120 1.2mm Not sure if they are the same acrosst the model range classic, newage etc but im sure if tou give subaru a ring they'll tell you
  12. Nice ! Good work time to enjoy, I'll edit title for you lol
  13. The anti lag and launch ? Some new cars come with launch control built in so it's not going to be, anti lag is a grey area as long as you don't go bowling past the old bill with it on full chat may get you some form of attention who's going to know [emoji16]
  14. Looks like a good day out was had by all, coming back up the m1 to leeds a lod of scoobies and other assorted jap metal passed me going the other way I assume they were all on the way home
  15. Looks like they know how to charge, you going in waving hard cash or have anything to px against ?
  16. Excellent thanks mate I'm going to hunt down a normal one, for 25 quid bargain I can live with that even if he seals go and it empties it's self after a couple days. Did they clean it out with antibacterial stuff before re gas ?
  17. Was it just a halfords or one with the auto centre attached ? They treid to charge me 50 notes from the auto centre and they said the card is only valid at normal halfords
  18. On the car or on the pic ? Not sure if yours goes into a v shape either side of the engine to the cats instead of going round the front of the car, the shorter side then bolts up to the turbo up pipe turbo downpipe and cats
  19. You'd have to have a look under the car see if your exhaust takes the same route, if it fitted you'd prob have to get another piece made up to accomodate the shorter length on one side. One advantage to to equal length is more horsepower, not much but the gasses have a smoother exit
  20. Lol beat me to it, look for oilman on here as thats tim from opie and we get a club discount :-D
  21. 75 90 should be ok, have a look at the opie oils site they should tell you the best stuff to use
  22. Ah sorry I thought you had it yesterday durr !
  23. Hi mate sorry to hear it's come back again, not realy sure what to suggest, is yours a cable operated accelerator or fly by wire ? Easy way to clear codes is to pull the battery negative off then put your foot on the brake pedal for 30 secons or so to discharge any power left in the system and leave the battery disconnected for half hour, Have a look at the free ssm software on the subaru outback forum, cables can be bought on ebay/amazon and it's loads more powerfull than the handheld scanners, you may get a more detailed description of the fault
  24. Have you managed to change it yet mate ?
