  1. No and yes, sort of, opening the bonnet opened up a can of vac line shaped worms some of them not even going anywhere, managed to un plumb the mbc and revert the turbo/soliniod pipework to near stock, needs a new restrictor pill as the oem one was in the end of a tee piece in the driver footwell [emoji33] , took it for a drive and was hitting 1.3 bar, turns out there's an abc superchip wired into the ecu Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  2. Managed to get it washed, blew the paintwork off my rusty front arch 😢 Cut polished and waxed before they start chucking all the salt down, @Yorkshireviking popped by to see if we could get to the bottom of his boost issues. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  3. From a 2.5l engine by any chance ? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  4. Get an underseal one much easier and doesn't take up any boot space Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  5. Import car parts have purple maf's for about 240 quid new Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  6. Breakers would be your best bet, the u Shaped frame is notorious for going it then traps the moisture between it and the subframe, another member has had exactly the same problem. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  7. Saggy suspension is common, especially if it's got the self leveling suspension, best bet is to rip the old unit's out and either get a set from pedders which will have new top mounts springs and shocks, will just bolt straight in, or get a custom set of springs from springcoil and kyb struts and top mounts, there's a thread with part numbers somewhere. I think Eudm fox's came with a tfo3 turbo so you could bolt on a td04 or 05 or something newer like a vf series turbo on, but will require mapping to avoid it going bang, Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  8. Nope sold, I'll lock the thread Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  9. Matt's taking the **** out of a subaru place in Rotherham, known for generally shoddy work depending on who you speak too Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  10. Hello & welcome, If you'd changed the modine gasket then I'd say it could be coming from a bit further up the front of the block, have you had the plastic belt covers off to see if it's wearing from the crank area Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  11. Looks like it's running fairly rich to me Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  12. They are only un reliable if you rag them from cold, don't look after them neglect regular quality oil changes etc Plenty of us are over 100k mileage wise. The 2.5 engines have a bit of a reputation for head gasket and Ringland problems, but there are plenty that haven't gone pop too Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  13. Try a breakers I lost one of my arch protectors, got two 2nd hand ones for , £10 +postage Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  14. Cobra sport in Sheffield do hatch exhausts and will also make you one up. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  15. It's a bit good, [emoji23] Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  16. Lll you could remove them and send them off to be cleaned, depends on if you could be bothered Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  17. More the cars tbh all show and no go till 9million revs 😂 by then it's time to change gear and repeat. The new blade is supposed to be really good, saying that the r1 is awesome too, (prefer the look of the r1) Remember when the first fireblades came out with the black/orange tiger stripes my neighbour bought one and i was like 😍 whilst Pootling on my 50cc pigggio Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  18. These what your after ?? http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts-info?id=9447&cat=96&sub=457&sec=0&var=0&dc=&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart= Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  19. Think your the right way round there tidgy, 😂 Some are 225mm and later classics/new age are 230mm Both will fit, but you'll deffo need a flywheel skim of going from a 225to a 230mm A grand sounds about right for a main dealer 6 hours labour involved, must work at a snails pace and include paying to sip brews, Just make sure your sitting down if you ever need to phone subaru for parts again 😂 Thanks God for the Internet Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  20. A bit more for a pink box so maybe 450 ish all in ? Depends on your garage, Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  21. 1st off how much power are you wanting to put through the car ? Exedy blue box kits are good for up to 300bhp the pink box is good for over 350bhp. Both are good for daily use Typical prices around 350-400 for clutch kit, flywheel skim spigot bearing, from an independent garage Don't go down the paddle clutch route as they are knackers to use as a daily unless you like shuddering off from shuddering standstill Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  22. Must remember for next time lol sav Watching the goldie interview for his timeless album on channel 4's passengers (remember that ?) Got me properly into drum & bass, was an exciting new sound , blew me away with the silly low baselines. Went out and bought the album on tape 😂 Downward spiral from then in, working for virgin in the late 90's didn't help, Needless to say my collection is all on vinyl & cd so not much use to any one these days, Just wish I'd never sold my 1210's was looking a while back to replace them, found out they've stopped making them 😪 Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  23. I'll be able to get hold of some but won't be for a month, What problems are you having ? The ariel is built into the glass on the rear quarter Could try Www.opposedforces.com not sure if the diagrams are up there but 90% of everything you'll ever need is, Failing that@mrB is **** hot at all foz needs, If your still stumped then our American friends over on foz.org will have them Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  24. I doubt you'd get that much extra with a different size pill, again if someone had messed with the actuator you'd probably see other issues too Unless you have a manual boost controller fitted ? Maybe lift the carpet in the passenger footwell and remove the kick plate have a look at the ecu, may have been swapped for a different unit, or may have some form of identifying stickers from a mapper or indication it's been mapped, if your feeling brave you could open it up see if there's an esl board in there Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  25. Your a bit far away from a quick visit to me but if you visit leeds much give us a shout Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
