savage bulldogs Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Being self employed it's normally, upsetting when somebody else's lack of organisation means you have to go home because a jobs not ready when you turn up [emoji53] But hey their fook up is my gain today and i guess I'd better do something constructive with my day off [emoji4] 1

Just out of curiosity, I've been looking at the 2.0 Levorg sti, but they're still fetching around £23k in Japan, without import charges, and I'm not sure my better half wouldn't kill me if that turned up outside. 🤔
david1972 Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Was up for sale at a fixed price, but then we found out it had gone through an auction early Saturday morning in Japan [emoji20]Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk 1
savage bulldogs Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Starting to look like a boxer lump again now [emoji4] 2
GeoffLeggy Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Going to get some much needed driving for a few days but then has to stay away at work until the Jag sells. Anyone want a Jag .
Siluro Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 Wash it. Hand polish and wax. Used a clay mitt for first time. You can feel the rough paint with the mitt. 6

Any quibbles about the other party accepting liability etc?
savage bulldogs Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Ok ,so Adrian flux have now said my policy isn't agreed value , although i had discussed the value with them and its plainly written on my policy , it's not "agreed value ".So its now probably going to be written off [emoji34]So apparently I've been paying nearly £600 per year for insurance on a £2.5k car , with listed mods .So gutted i didn't re insure with green light this year . Fook you very much flux for not explaining the difference between value and agreed value !!! Gonna check through my insurance details when i get back home today but its not looking good now [emoji53] 2
Mattb Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 That’s s*it. Are you going to buy it back or won’t it be worth it?
savage bulldogs Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 Knowing the way this is going atm they'll probably ask for £6.5k to buy it back [emoji34]
Mattb Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 I’d weigh up the cost to fix it and make the decision after. Be a shame to have all that work and effort getting the car like it is for it to be scrapped. Crying shame.
savage bulldogs Posted April 26, 2018 Posted April 26, 2018 6 speed and brembos are worth £2k at least so i guess they value the rest of the mods and the rest of the car at £500 ....Seems legit to me [emoji848]
