Wotcha and welcome!!

Sparky's 2015 sti build
Ahh the chassis not being bent is a big plus - but you are right being so new will be an issue unless you can afford to slow the recovery and wait for breakers to get a couple in

Engine internals
Just a note - if you do run MAF less the car can run rich lower down in the rev range as there is no flow input for the ECU - fine for the track but everyday driving your MPG will suffer. Echo what has been said earlier in the post look at power to weight ratio's, chassis and brake mods - It cost nothing to unbolt things and remove them from your car back seat etc Syvecs is an excellent ECU, there are other alternatives eg ESL which cost less but the 99/00 option hasn't been released yet so dependant on the year of your car is that may not be an option. Another thread was discussing power loss through the transmission from the engine to the tarmac - this highlights the impact of lower quality oils, worn gears, bearings and linkages can have. So ensure you have a good platform for tuning before you look at increasing power as the mods you make may just get it back to what it was as standard from new . What ever you decide though keep us posted and if you want some food for thought check out either Savages or Matts threads in the project sections both have increases in power and control but with different approaches

Chip, remap Legacy 2.0i - possible?
As above - I wouldnt bother with the LPG route as dependant on how you drive you still don't really gain anything, certainly not more power.

Sparky's 2015 sti build
Jeez - shame about the motor but glad you walked away - will you be recovering all the add-on bits to put on your replacement?

My old blob after a deer attack
Almost collected a deer in Hampshire sparrow !Removed! o'clock NSL road so was getting a lick on and two ran across the road in front of us, as the road was empty I was able to change lanes and avoid. Chap I knew collected one in the highlands trashed the front of his car - his idea was to sell the meat and pay for the damage, he drove 60 miles to the main gate at Faslane base then the deer recovered and started kicking off in his boot. The armed guards at the gate were giving it the WTF - he had a boot release in the car so was able to open the lid and the deer got out and ran off. Unfortunately it had damaged both rear wings and the back of his car also, light units smashed etc. Ended up being an insurance write off due to all the damage, he was not best pleased although we had a good laugh about it

Need guidance on this project please!
yes you can change the pump out the ECU would still control fuel flow according to demand, pressure etc It is recommended replacing a fuel pump any time after 5 years old but most will just wait until it fails completely before replacement so may be something that will benefit your car anyway

Chip, remap Legacy 2.0i - possible?
You may benefit a little as Subaru set the cars up to be able to deal with varying fuel qualities but I would do it in conjunction with a high flow panel filter and a less restrictive exhaust - overall power gains will be minimal though.

Remapped Today
Great to hear more good feedback about TDR

impreza hatchback wheels
Wotcha and welcome - as above plus you may want to look at the offset - I run 20mm spacers to fill out the arches on my hatch. These will fit your WRX hatch - not sure the Sti ones will due to the wider arches front and rear http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/380053026996?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Lifted bugeye wagon aka "foretza"
Pinned for convenience
- we gonna make a cable!

Mounting a sub
8 or 10mm is what I used before to mount amps etc - 15mm mdf for a shelf with twin 12"s and twin 6x9's to use the boot space as free air sub box so IMO 10mm will be ideal

New impreza owner.
