  1. just watched it again - who needs a Lambo or high end merc when you get blown away by a Scooby :P
  2. Its always the way with modding but it will all come in time and you get to drive it whilst you save :)
  3. I didnt think there was any difference in the bumpers but someone may be a long with some different info I would go with wider wheels instead of a spacer but either solution would work, one obviously being cheaper than the other, Im just not a fan of spacers
  4. Id get on the phone to Adrian Flux and see what they say instead of the online approach
  5. that exhaust crackle on breaking is amazing, imagine doing that into a local roundabout on your ring road / bypass
  6. as above - if I knew the track and could trailer it home it would be enthusiastically driven ;)
  7. looking good - a subtle improvement ;)
  8. it was a good job it didnt rain as that would have been game over with all the electrical wiggies being washed away
  9. Stanton has it covered nicely there - your motor is probably one of the 300bhp model - If that is the case I would look to do the full Type UK / Prodrive mod which is an uprated fuel pump, sports back box and high flow panel filter as well as the remap. This should get you a reliable 330 - 350 bhp. From a cost perspective you may find you could get a cat back system for similar money to the Prodrive back box
  10. Tough one that - I would go with the TT due to the built up areas being more immediate but unfortunately they have both bitten people many times over the years
  11. Wotcha and welcome Berny, we have a few Legacy members on here with quite a bit knowledge. It would probably help if you could post some photos and could share the model number which is located on the VIN plate

  14. Nice find Pete - I agree it does sound awesome
  15. An official news announcement on the BBC http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/motorsport/27730840 still unable to find full lap footage though :(
  16. you rebel you ;) easily done :)
  17. depends on your spanner twirling skills - many members on the forum sort them no problem others have issues lining up the timing marks
  18. very good - I intially thought star wars episode 4 :D
  19. Hi- do they not do a bung as a short term fix?
  20. Welcome to the forum - now you have all the answers feel free to share some pictures and dont be a stranger ;)
  21. its a good idea to get it skimmed anyway when you do change the clutch - that will take some of the weight off the original
  22. unfortunately you will get that on ebay - the view of they can only say no so dont worry about offending anyone :)
  23. think the advertising may be off the back of the websites complaining at the last attack - no warning etc but as said before in the posts viruses have been around almost as long as the internet so standard approaches to security and caution with unsolicited emails will continue to be the most effective way day to day
