  1. Wotcha and welcome - the Prodrive exhaust option wont be a system just the backbox - they tend to have prodrive stamped on each of the tailpipes so quite easy to establish if it is or not you'll have to define reasonable as there are a few options of varying price also if you do have a Prodrive back box that is less restrictive than standard so changing to a different aftermarket supplier for just that will not necessarily give you any gains. A remap may improve things in conjunction with a full system but you may need to look at an uprated fuel pump also (cant remember if the wrx s has it as part of the upgrade) also check the panel filter as budgeting £40 for a high flow replacement may be money well spent
  2. That is a lovely example - what are you looking for it??
  3. a convoy of beige - lovely its hard when you have a range of cars that look the same, but admittedly are not under the skin, that attract the grey pound - and when you sell them in that insipid colour I cant knock Hondas for the build quality etc as I have owned a couple as budget but reliable cars however - and I would level this at their two wheel range as well - they just dont excite - everything is done very well - it takes someone like Marquez leaning at impossible angles to make them exciting. So to have something adopted to transport a colostomy bag and shopping trolley pretty much indistinguishable from a performance car in my mind loses its appeal. Im also not a fan of the whole wedge shape either I prefer the earlier civics but hey ho its just my opinion, think I will always be a datsun toyota subaru chap in the same way yamaha suzuki and kawasaki have always appealed over the big H
  4. I have been running conti sport contact 3's most recently but browse the forum as there is a thread on this and I cant remember all of the specific comments but I think goodyear eagle f1's performed well on the highland run (and given the recent vids of this years event they do get a good all round testing ;) ) was one of them
  5. didnt know the Pro r were rebranded pipercross but as before you cant go wrong with either brand, just steer clear of ones requiring oil ;)
  6. think so - PRO - R do one as well http://pro-r.co.uk/products?filter[cat][0]=2&filter[model_year][0]=11&filter[order]=0&filter[per_page]=5&page=4
  7. we do have some nice motors on this forum
  8. I had to highlight it to read anything - amateurs
  9. both are good brands - I have used both in the past on different engines - go for the one that does not need oiling to avoid issues with the maf
  10. Wotcha and welcome - what a result really tidy car for what you paid for it ;)
  11. Wotcha and welcome - dig out your engine code for confirmation - also check out some of the mods in the forester section of the forum that members have completed
  12. wotcha and welcome :)
  13. Dave has it there - looked into it a few years back and came across them having different lenses that was as far as I got as I also found out it is illegal to flash your high beams as it may cause unnecessary dazzling of another driver - so all the scooby acknowledgements are actually illegal so if it was me I would go for driving lights and have them wired to come on with the side lights or fog lights with the halo ring and have the halos come on with side lights - with all these led running lights I don't think dibble will be that interested however if you are driving like a plonker it is an additional infringement they can levy against you
  14. look great - agree with the comments above re cards and flyers - IMO I would change the line 'see benefits below' to either remove it completely as the flyer picture looks good enough to draw the eye to reading the additional text or change it to something like ' you to could benefit from...'
  15. does look better - agree with the crystal lights approach
  16. yup watched this on the TV daft hitting helmets - a swift kick in the crown jewels might have been more effective :P
  17. Wotcha and welcome - you shouldn't have any issue changing the doors over - and interestingly you have your first project thread topic, dont forget your camera ;)
  18. Wotcha and welcome - nothing to add to the above ;)
  19. I bet your finger nails are down to the bone and there is a worn circle in the carpet from pacing
