  1. 16" j7 48et I think. I had a buckled rim a while back managed to find two more brand new oem rims for a ton so snapped them up along with new rubber all round, typically just after about 4 sets with tyres have come up for sale with the right offset and 17" or 18" as I wanted to go bigger brakes [emoji25]
  2. Gutted mate,if I ever need to pull an engine I'll be asking you for tips, reckon it will all be up and running for japshow ? Drove over 7 hours yesterday had noisy valves on start up today but could be due to the fact it's been stood outside in cold overnight for a week instead of being tucked up nice and warm, goes away when up to temp so may treat her to an impromptu oil & filter just for good measure
  3. Hi & welcome I'm not sure what that bit is but I'm sure someone will pop along sooner or later to point you in right direction to cure leak
  4. I'd go with adding sound deadening, subaru's don't have much as it weighs a fair bit, think there's a company called dynamat that does it in rolls not cheap but works !
  5. Spray bottle with soapy water and spray onto hoses if there's a leak it will bubble up or draw it into the hole, Is yours a UK car ? May be worth cleaning your boost solinoid with some brake cleaner too. When was it last serviced ? & may be worth checking the gasket in yiur recirc valve, does seem a bit low as standard they range between 0.75 - 1.2 depending on model,
  6. What's that in bar, About .45? Seems very low, have you checked all hoses and jubalee clips to see if there are any leaks or holes ? My jdm foz standard was .75 bar stock ? So
  7. Hello & welcome we have a few new 'impreza' owners that have already started modding theirs feel free to get involved & post up some pics too ☺
  8. Try dropping David at ets racing a mail they can make you just about anything you like
  9. It should have a join like the fitting you showed fairly close to the end of the roof space, but if you just want to add an adaptor I'm sure that will work
  10. To be honest the hose will be old so may as well just buy a new length
  11. That silicon hose should be fine, the relays usually have a clip lock on one side to stop them falling out
  12. Luckily I escaped Wales yesterday morning all the egg chasing talk was doing my head in[emoji16] , I take it your lot got beaten then boots ? Wrong code for a start, but back OT I'll be camping with nick
  13. Antifreeze ? [emoji55]
  14. On the top of the strut tower in the pic there's a black cylindrical unit attached to it with three ? Pipes coming out of it one top & two bottom, that should be your boost solinoid, one should run to turbo, other into the intake where does the 3rd go to ? I'm a bit unsure as yours is slightly different layout to mine, maybe Scooby ghost can shed a bit of light as his is almost the Same
  15. Hi mate the left hand side of the manafold as you look at it is the best place, can you take a picture that shows a bit more of the left side of engine bay ? There should be a line near the arrow next to the red altinator cap
  16. Have a look for the washer hose and follow it back to the jet there's a good chance it will be split and the water will be leaking out instead of from the nozzle
  17. Please people let's put the handbags away and all be friends
  18. Are you using the tapatalk app ? It's a bit of a pain but if you tap on a reply from a member and then use the dots at the top should let you either look at a users profile or send them a private message, To be honest I wouldn't go with a generic mapping company, maybe for vag group cars etc but ours are very sensitive to changes mainly turbo cars benifit, if you only do a cat back upgrade the car will run fine with the new exhaust as all the sensors will be in place it's only when you start messing with removing the cats and deleting the sensors the map is worthwhile. I'll dig out davids exhaust thread up for you
  19. Good man gambit, I was gonna get round to putting up thread when I got home, my plans are japshow japfest & one more next year hopefully be able to spread them out
  20. I moved it earlier ☺
  21. Just been told no by her indoors[emoji22] does have a point supposed to be moving house in the new year so need all cash for a deposit, personally ibthi k they are are bargain and not over priced at areal mate
  22. Have you tried grade a subaru spares on ebay ? Good place for newer models
  23. Hello & welcome David1972 has had a new cat back stainless system on his and he has a thread somewhere. I'm not entirely sure a remap is worth while on the h6, i'm sure people have looked into this aswell I just can't find a link for you at the moment
  24. Unless you have an ssm1 dealer tool you won't get much sense out of the ecu, Have you any idea of mods done ?
  25. Hi mate, have you tried persuading them to go in with a bit of force ? Or is it just too short ? Does look like they've sent you some for a classic instead of new age
