  1. Hi mate I can find the page any more, but basically from what I remember, you have to do a throttle body mod, or swap the inlet to a later ver, then cut out the front left hand side of your v1 cooler and get someone who can weld ally to stick it onto the v3 cooler and finally see if you can get the air flowing properly through the scoop to the cooler, So in short i'd not bother or go fmic if your after power
  2. Hello &welcome, How deep are your pockets ? They seem to be north of 30k these days, last time I looked there was only one in the classifieds,
  3. There's a Web page about doing it somewhere I'll see if I can gid it out for you, you will need to chop the v1 one up I think and what not

  11. Yeah the way I've seen it used is to open one of the vac tubes on the throttle body and pour in when running, supposed to clean the gunk off the valves etc. Have a look on naioc and forester.org loads of people swear by it there
  12. Ho for a v3/4 cooler upgrade, they fit yours with a little bit of work and are one of the most effective classic coolers
  13. I keep thinking about it but not got round to it, subaru actually sell a variant of it called upper engine cleaner. Just can't buy it here [emoji35] Do it before an oil change though, plenty of vids on YouTube being used on scoobys
  14. Fitted heater Don't worry about the blue stuff, came in box and I had to put a bead round the outside of the pad to keep water out, right ball ache trying to do it upside down though
  15. Get an uprated fuel pump, will stop the posibility of it leaning off under the increased boost due to the oem pump not being able to keep up
  16. If you can get hold of the long life stuff use that but any o.a.t coolant will do just make sure you flush out the system 1st
