Look for the usual - service history, belt changed around 40k, emulsification of oil in the coolant lids - radiator and reservoir, blue smoke on start up, even wear on tyres.
Feel under rear wheel arches (there is a lip) for rust bubbles. check wheels for any grease, a split cv joint sprays a thin layer all the way around. Paint on the interior is thin check door cards handles and centre console for chips - not expensive to rectify but give and indication of treatment.
A clunk from front suspension when driving slowly forwards / backwards then applying brake could be tophats
