  2. running those on my daily as winter tyres - not noisy at all (get out clause, running a cobra resonated turbo back system 😉) great wet weather performance, hit some standing water on the motorway the other day circa 70mph..... Car did not flinch, very solid under wet / slushy braking as well

  5. Wotcha and welcome - The Subaru diesel product is not great, many failures recorded I would suggest a petrol engine instead. I also enjoy a spirited two wheel excursion 😁
  6. Welcome back 👍😁 For my money I would still not go for a diesel - many are getting rebuilt now to address the failures but I am not sure it is something I would risk
  7. That makes sense as then the seal limit would be exceeded hence the leakage
  8. Is there free play / resistance with the clutch fork that the slave piston pushes against?
  9. 😄 not you make the paint, companies will make the paint up according to the code you supply and then send it to you in either a rattle can or tin for you to use at home
  10. Wotcha and welcome - You can get paint made up to use at home as you have the code
  11. Wow - It is not the way I would have approached the repair. You will get some white vapour until the engine is warm that is normal. I would replace the thermostat and get a new radiator.
  12. Not heard of this myself although having wind deflectors on the windows is quite a common aftermarket addition on imprezas - Couldn't get on with them personally as I found they restricted my vision going around right corners / islands
