You can send your ecu off on an exchange basis for 300quid from esl, I've just sold my ecu with an esl board in it for 200 so worth checking the bay, I'm assuming yours will have a td04 ? If so a td05 or vf series (better option as newer) will see you past 300bhp Will need to change the oem fuel pump for something that flows better as the last thing you want is for it to lean off under increased boost and everything to go pop Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

The hiss is usual, wouldn't worry about it it's either a weak pump or the maf or 02 sensors are a bit duff and trimming the air fuel mix or could be something pulling the timing, have you done the ecu self diagnostic ?
