  1. The car will run fine but you won't see any benefit. Also, you will get the check engine light on as the catted pipe has a temp sensor. A little resistor in the plug will remove it or a mapper can remove the error.
  2. Welcome to the club! Lovely looking car that
  3. Haha exactly! My Scoob is a 2004 so not exactly a young car
  4. True I suppose, fuel filters aren't expensive and are easy to change! When I changed my pump I shone my torch into the tank to take a look, looked brand new! So I have no concern with crap in the tank
  5. I'm more impressed Subaru have made a car that can stick to walls so well! :D
  6. Even tho the fuel pick up is right at the bottom of the tank? Kind of the reason cars have fuel filters...
  7. Yeh my light doesn't come on until the needle is completely in line with the empty line
  8. Boost, oil temp and oil pressure would be my 3!
  9. I would maybe do it very briefly and not go over 5k... still quite early in the bedding in process
  10. padawank XD
  11. I wouldn't have thought it would take that long to prime, normally a second or two... the Walbro is quite loud when priming but that only lasts a couple of seconds.
  12. Just channeling my inner s ex pest (aka Gambit) :D
  13. That's what she said....
  14. Simplest thing would be to make sure the coil packs are on the right way around since cylinders 1&3 are on the same side... doubt it's that simple but you never know!
  15. Welcome to the club!! What issues are you having?
  16. The suspension top mounts are prone to knocking after a while... in terms of creaking on full lock, power steering belt perhaps?
  17. Sandals replied to Tidgy's topic in Junk Room
The S2000 develops 240hp, but only something like 150ftlbs of torque!
  18. Ah ok... I was close :D
  19. Does the exhaust smell rich?
  20. Sounds like the noise is a lot slower than the actual engine speed... so I don't think it's knocking. Does sound like a bearing of some description...
