GFB Respons bypass valve
ahhh yes probably

Central heating
yup may end up in a system flush as Sandals points out you will probably be flushing out black s*** had the power washer hooked up to all my old rads in last place, was worth it but surprising how much crap builds up in a closed loop system

Best place to buy?
A forum is as good a place as any - at least some members may be able to vouch for car, history etc but you can still run a risk in this case Savage knew of this one - dont know if it is still available - it is a bug but a conversion could be considered sourcing parts from breakers etc to get the look you want on a sound motor? http://www.scoobycity.co.uk/forums/forum/classified/for-sale/771402-sti-import-for-sale

SUBARU WRX STI 2014 - An amazing car!
Welcome, I hadn't heard about about your Father, my condolences - lovely motor - good luck with the sale

check for leaks on brake calipers - your seals may have gone hard - also flush the system through with fresh fluid, potential it may have absorbed some moisture over the years. Possibly a caliper clean and check pistons are free moving

Newbie 2L N/A to a 2.5 turbo swap advice needed
cooling system is different - lot more pipework involved same with intake as well intercooler etc. either look at the power to weight ratio of your NA motor or chop it in for a turbo model as there are chassis changes also including brakes, thicker ARB's, I believe the springs on the turbo model are stiffer as well.

Subaru Justy
Never seen one knew they did them as its been a joint thing with Suzuki through the years, theirs being the Swift, although looking now Subaru may be doing their own thing as there are quite a few differences

Spacers
They are both made of high grade alloy with a protective coating, both are precision fit and both were in silver. At time of buying H&R were about £15 cheaper per pair. But if the H&R hadn't been available at the time I wanted to buy from supplier I would have purchased the Eibach items (Im soooo impatient)

Spacers
here they are, you can see how tight the fit is on the internal circumference with additional metal between the mounting stud holes and the inner face where the blue ones don't have a complete hole around the mounting nut plus the closer external circumference to the existing hub. What I would expect should also help with force distribution is the centre shoulder replicating the hub mount - this is also missing from the blue example this I suspect would mean uneven force exerted on the wheel mounting studs from small lateral movement - this in turn could compromise the bearing itself I had not compared these two examples before only the H&R vs Eibach choice but having seen them next to each other the blue ones should def be labelled for 'show use only'

What coolant do you all use it's time to change it.
nice one - I will bear that in mind when moving back to a turbo unit

New and Lovin' it
Wotcha and welcome - sounds like a proper trek out, great part of the world to test a scoob

Hey
Aluminium rad from Jap speed way to go - the OEM Subaru ones can get pin holes which cause issues. The handbrake light on braking normally refers to brake fluid levels so I would check that first
